“The best way to treat obstacles is to use them as stepping stones. Laugh at them, tread on them, and let them lead you to something better.” ~Enid Blyton
365 Thoughts of Awakening
~175~ When you look at an idea that is false, look at it until you know it is false. Do not let yourself say, "This idea is false," when in truth you believe it is true. Hold the idea in your mind for the purpose of looking at it, trusting that it is false, until you see it is not true. When your own recognition sees the falseness of an idea that isn't true the idea and its mesmerism will begin to fade away. ~From our Holy Spirit
Thoughts of Awakening:
365 Thoughts for Contemplation
Originally called “Single, Quiet Thoughts,” these thoughts were scribed by Regina over a period of time stretching between 2006 and 2012. They began to come when Regina asked for something to help her become consistent in remembering purpose.
When one of the thoughts came, Regina printed it and put it in her back pocket. Multiple times throughout the day, Regina would take the most recent thought out of her pocket and contemplate it. Through the consistent practice of contemplation throughout the day over several years, Regina became consistent in heart, mind and action.
