365 Thoughts for Contemplation
Originally called “Single, Quiet Thoughts,” these thoughts were scribed by Regina over a period of time stretching between 2006 and 2012. They began to come when Regina asked for something to help her become consistent in remembering purpose.
When one of the thoughts came, Regina printed it and put it in her back pocket. Multiple times throughout the day, Regina would take the most recent thought out of her pocket and contemplate it. Through the consistent practice of contemplation throughout the day over several years, Regina became consistent in heart, mind and action.
